As an international REALTOR, it is my goal to introduce clients to the best opportunities. What makes me an international REALTOR is education, experience and connections.

I have earned many of the National Association of REALTORS designations. By doing this I have joined an elite group of 3500 REALTORS around the world who have knowledge and interests of international real estate.

When I mention experience, I mean the experience of traveling to various countries, meeting with other agents, seeing developing resorts and learning the why, where and the how to of different countries. I am learning their customs and how they do real estate transactions.

One of my marketing focuses is to introduce people to the idea of purchasing a retirement or vacation home in Costa Rica. Many Americans are moving here for retirement living.

One of my main sources of networking and connections is through an organization called FIABCI. As a member, I have the ability to meet people, not just real estate agents, from all over the world. As an association of 60 plus countries, FIABCI bring together agents, developers, investors, financial organizations and professionals to regional and world meetings. Here we get a chance to promote our projects, find opportunities and meet to discuss ideas.
